Personal on-line session

Twice I have scheduled an on-line personal session. Received a text message that says to refer to the e-mail sent to me to begin. Both times I have never received the e-mail, so session never happened. I do know that they have my correct e-mail since I received the invite for the personal session. E-mail to begin was not even in my spam.

Why have they not sent me the e-mail that they refer to in the texts?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.0
