Online personal session

Scheduled an on-line personal session. Received a text reminder that said to refer to confirmation e-mail with a link to begin session. no e-mail. Rescheduled. Again no e-mail. Trying again for a reschedule for 1/2/23. However as of 1/1/23, still no e-mail. I know they have my e-mail since they sent me the invite to schedule a personal session via e-mail. Getting text messages reminding me of my scheduled session, but did not get one e-mail confirmation with the link to start. Very frustrating.
