Apple Maps started on it’s own. It gave driving directions to a place I’ve never been before. I was not using my phone at the time. It was I a different room. I noticed it when my watch started showing the directions. Has anyone else had this happen?

We'll be glad to offer assistance. There isn't really a way for us to determine what caused this. Anything we could come up with would be purely speculation. For example, if "Hey Siri" was activated in the background or similar and heard that directions were needed to that place.
