Chrome full screen

Hello, just started with an Apple TV tonight, I cast from my android phone to my tv. I have to watch Apple TV through my browser, Chrome. I can't get it to display fullscreen, it shows the address bar and a border. Is there anyway I can eliminate this?

As an aside, why the **** doesn't Apple make an android app for Apple TV? I have never bought an Apple product before and this drastically reduces my interest in ever buying one.
