Siri on HomePod mini 16.2 always tries to run deleted shortcut.

I had shortcut to turn on/off lights by user with Siri. I've decided to delete this shortcuts and control lights another way. Siri on HomePod continues to try using this shortcuts and fails with error "unable to find shortcut with name "turn my lights on/off".

Siri on other devices works correctly. All devices has last firmware. Shortcut was removed and checked on all devices. There are no this shortcuts anywhere. HomePod was restored without any changes.

PS. The same issue is with Siri on Apple Watch

I'm experiencing the exact same, as I changed my "Relax" lighting scheme from a shortcut to a scene (both named Relax). I wiped the original "Relax" shortcut from every device I have (iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, Phone, etc) and toggled iCloud sync for shortcuts across all devices, deleted and reinstalled shortcut apps, etc. I've power cycled, re-paired, factory reset, toggled personal shortcuts, etc - nothing seems to work. Last night, I went full-nuclear and used an Apple Support Configuration profile that totally wiped my entire cache of HomeKit data and re-built HomeKit from scratch (including all of my scenes). Since then, HomeKit has never run better, but HomePods still look for the phantom Relax shortcut instead of recognizing I have a scene in HomeKit called Relax. I'm at a loss.

Perhaps most frustrating is that if I try to create a new Shortcut called Relax (backup plan was to create a shortcut that activates my new single HK scene), Shortcuts tells me I can't name it Relax because I already a scene called Relax.

There has to be a way to clear the cache of shortcuts in iCloud?
