Apple Lightning to HDMI not working

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.

To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

The steps recommended were to help isolate the issue and to determine if it's related to the app/streaming service, the cables you're using or device you're connecting to. Given that, we've got a few more questions.

- Have you previously been successful watching these services this way or even over AirPlay (if permitted)?

- Do you experience any of these issues when watch movies or shows directly on your iPhone with these apps? - What device are you connecting your iPhone too?

- Do other devices experience similar issues with playing videos using the same HDMI port?

- If you have another HDMI port, can you connect to it to see if the issue persists?

- Do you have an alternate HDMI cable you can connect to the Lightning to HDMI adapter?
