I dropped my iphone 11 on marble surface now screen not smashed and still on but unresponsive to pressing any buttons, apart from number 7. any advice please

Hi i dropped my iphone 11 on a marble surface screens not smashed but phone still active but is not responding to touch to do anything apart from no 7… any advice or is that my (daughters ) phone done for? thanx in advance.

During the fall, an internal component of the iPhone could have been damaged but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
