I have the app installed on my phone, but the app wont open or accept my information that i entered on the ring.com

Remove the app, force restart the iPhone, reinstall the app, and try again.
Update the iPhone and the app to current, and try again.
If that fails, contact the app vendor: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support
