Was thinking about adding faster processors and ram, is it worth it any suggestions

Nope. No point. No matter what you do, that Mac can't run anything higher than OS X 10.11 El Capitan. It's obsolete.

It's not worth investing any money in.

Unfortunately, you cannot add a new processor, and adding RAM to a 10+ year old Mac might not be worth it.
