I need to scan some documents then email them to a PC user.
I know the various ways to scan documents to PDF, but they are too large to send. So then I compress the files and then the image is no longer legible.
Can anyone guide me to the best way to go about solving this? Thank you!

Yes, the recipient only needs to follow directions to access the attachment.
Note Mail Drop is not permanent storage. The recipient will need to do something if (s)he wishes to preserve the document.
