The HP Ink Tank 315 Printer is a USB-only printer (not an AirPrint printer):

Once you have connected the printer directly to your computer by USB, an appropriate printer driver for macOS 12 Monterey will be needed. The HP support page for this printer suggests using a Dec 9. 2022 version of HP Easy Start for setup:

The computer should be connected to the Internet during setup.

If this is not possible, you could perhaps check whether HP Easy Admin can be used with your operating system.

As always, make sure that you have backup copies of all important files before testing anything. Software conflicts cannot be ruled out.

Using Hp Inktank 315 on Apple Devices:

You Can't. You need an AirPrint-compatible device. Apparently, your device does not have AirPrint. So, using it with a Mac is just not an option. See here: About AirPrint - Apple Support
