Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
Ok, I give up. I can install the Astronomy dynamic screensaver just fine on iPhone running iOS 16.x but cannot do so on my iPad Pro (am Running iOS 16.2 on the iPad).
Help - How do I do this on the IPAD or is this feature just not included in iOS 16.2 for IPAD PRO.
Note: I have tried the same method I used on the iPhone and nope, same UI affordances are just not there so…

Unlike iOS16 for iPhone, iPadOS 16 for iPad does not [yet] support lock screen customisation.
Likewise, the new active Astronomy and Weather Wallpapers are currently exclusive to iOS16.x for iPhone.
Apple do invite submission of constructive comments and feature requests via its Product Feedback portal - this being the most appropriate channel through which to express your thoughts to Apple. For iPad and iPadOS:
