No sound on receiving notifications
I have no sound on notifications I do sometimes ringing sound on calls have an iPhone 13 any suggestions please. Do not disturb NOT on, notification ON help

Have you enabled Scheduled Summary?
Settings > Notifications > [Select the App that you are having trouble receiving immediate notifications]
