airtag not working on ios 16 (iphone 11)

When I upgraded my iphone 11 to ios 16. Airtag on find my can't swipe up to see details or the locator or sound play buttons are unresponsive. Tried changing the battery and reset still not working. Disconnected and could not reconnect again. I bought 1 new airtag and connected successfully. But still get the error can't press the sound and navigation buttons. Devices like macbook, iphone can swipe up and see details all work fine. But the airtag is not. Here is the description of the error on my device. I can't swipe up. Tried removing find my and reinstalling it, turned on MFA, replaced with a new battery, enabled location services, and tried the troubleshooting guides on the net, but it still doesn't work.
