Does anyone have an answer (perhaps from Apple) on the reason for ongoing intermittent problems access Sky (Yahoo hosted) email from the Apple iPhone/iPad email app ?
Frequent imap server connection problems when the app fails to connect and download emails or downloads a header only then fails to download the body of an email.
Emails seem to download successfully using the web browser or using MS Outlook app on the iPhone or iPad.
It seems unfortunately they blame Apple for a problem with their email app as Sky/Yahoo responds to web server and outlook mail client requests.
I’n not convinced though, seems the Sky/Yahoo IMAP server might be suspect.

A good question to ask yahoo or sky since their server aren't responding.
