How do I make DVD-playable music dvds in macOS ventura?

Toast 19 has gone haywire with macOS Ventura and crashes all the time. I really feel it has gone downhill over the last few years so I don't want to upgrade. I do not make videos or interactive content. I just want to make MUSIC DVDs on a DVD-R (or a different DVD format if needed) that will play in a dvd player. I am not concerned with car radio compatibility.

Has the DMCA castrated dvd burning software? I am sick of all the BS pages that appear when I try to search for a product. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
