problem with mixed iphone android addresses in group texts

Not a phone or Apple issue, MMS is a phone carrier feature, she'll need to contact hers to have them resolve, even if you have the same carrier and same plan.

Verizon has been having a lot of issue lately, make sure she speaks to a technician and not a salesperson, her line may need to be provisioned again.
