Some keys can be quite stiff but may improve after a few days. The laptop has been to Apple Care for some cleaning (not sure what was done) but the problem seems to return. There have been no spills. Is this a common issue on an otherwise impressive computer? (purchased 2020 and near end of Apple Care 3 year coverage)

If the issue is not resolved take it back.
