Working with three angles in a video, and trying to create a section where two angles are semi transparent and superimposed (they are synced). Crossfade isn't applicable. Anyone have any tricks? Thank you in advance!

Keyframe Opacity in the Video inspector for the clips. Or open and use the Video Animation controls in the timeline ⌃ V to adjust and keyframe the Opacity.
I think it’s implied in Tom’s reply but in case it is not clear: you need two or three copies of (that section of) the multicam clip stacked on top of one another in that part of the timeline. You just select that area in the timeline, copy, and paste as connected clip. Then adjust the opacity and/or the blend modes on the top ones, just as Tom said.
