I noticed that the data backup from my old iPad is still taking up space in my iCloud storage and it won’t let me delete it. How can I do that to free up more iCloud storage space?

If you have transferred all of your data from your old iPad to your new iPad and you have reset your old iPad, you should be able to delete the old iPad's backup from iCloud to free up storage space. Here's how to do it:

  1. On your new iPad, go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.
  2. Tap the "Backups" option.
  3. Under the "Backups" section, you should see a list of all the devices that have backups in iCloud.
  4. Tap the name of your old iPad.
  5. Tap the "Delete Backup" button.
  6. Confirm that you want to delete the backup.

After you delete the backup, the storage space it was using in iCloud should be freed up. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
