How to read Call Forwarding Status diagnostic on iPhone

my phone (while on silent) made a tone when I was looking at and blocking some suspicious texts. I did the *#21# and this can up. What does this mean? Have I been hacked is so what do I do next. Thank you I’m freaking out!

No, you have not been hacked.

All that means is that call forwarding is not enabled on your line.
