Hello, how to delete the freeform app when not used? I can't do it. also this application was installed from the app store, but now it is not there.

freeform is an app that is bundled with macOS. it cannot be deleted. and it only takes up 22 MB of disk space anyways.
but if it's on your dock and you want to remove it from there, you can drag it off of the dock and drop it on an empty spot on your desktop. it will then be gone from the dock.
Yeah, but those are MY 22 MB and I want them back.

You can put anything (or nothing at all) in the Dock.
That has been the case for over twenty years...
There are many applications that ship with macOS and can't be removed. I fail to see why that is a problem.
You are not forced to use them.
You can't. Everything that is part of the OS is inside a sealed readonly volume and cannot be changed.
You may view it as yours. But Apple owns macOS and licenses it to you to use on Apple computers. You own the hardware, but technically not the software.

As already mentioned Freeform cannot be deleted.
