Workout focus not staying set?

Hello,

In the last couple of weeks I noticed I was getting notifications on my Apple Watch during my workouts, which is annoying and didn’t used to happen. When I went to my Fitness Focus setting on my phone, the setting to start that Focus when I started a workout on my watch was off, so I switched it back on. However, since then it seems to have set itself back to “off” several times, so I keep having to go back in and switch it back on again. Has anyone else had this occur?

Hello jessjay,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

We understand that Fitness Focus is not enabling when you start a workout. We are happy to help.

We recommend restarting both the iPhone and Apple Watch. Once both devices have restarted, we recommend testing to see if the Fitness Focus enables.

If no resolution, please make sure that both of your devices are using the latest update.
