imap login failurefor charter.net

Has anyone seen IMAP login failures for charter.net, and what did you do about it? All of my devices and macs fail to login for IMAP.

Since all of your devices are experiencing log in issues with your Charter-provided eMail service, chances are there is either something amiss with your eMail login credentials or their service. Either would be a call to the Charter support desk ... as ProustGiulio has already mentioned.

I suggest that you contact that email provider support team and check with them their incoming/outoging (IMAP/POP3/SMTP) parameters, along with other requested settings.

Thank you for trying. Spectrum, in two separate calls, disavowed any responsibility for anything but the web page with email when you sign in to your Spectrum account. This IMAP failure happens on several macs and several devices. All of which worked up to about 12-25-2022.
