Apple Weather Keeps Adding a City That I Delete (and have never been to)

Hi-

The new Apple Weather App (all versions, Desktop, IOS, iPadOS) keeps adding Yacolt, WA to my list of locations. I've tried multiple times to delete Yacolt, but it keeps coming back. I've tried deleting on my phone, my iPad and desktop, but it keeps re-appearing. I've never been to Yacolt. I have no idea why it keeps getting re-added automatically. When I look at my device list or do a Find My on my all devices registered to my account, nothing comes up in Yacolt.

How do I permanently fix this?
Is it a security issue?

I have the same problem. It keeps adding Los Angeles to my list of locations. I keep deleting it and it just keeps coming back.

Yes, years of Dark Sky cities keep reappearing. Sigh, Dark Sky. I used to be able to look up barometric pressure history

Well i had the same issue for months and i just solved now

its simple really and also a bit stupid 😪

Well after deleting all the cities

you have to delete the widget too.

and then adding new one.

when you do that it will disappear forever.
