Ventura - Printer issue - does not keep settings and presets also do not keep settings

I print from minDesign to a large format Canon printer.

When printing I need to open the non-Adobe printer area and tell the operating system not to do color correction. If it is left as is it says color - so I have two things altering the color to the prints look bad and I get to toss out the wrongly printed print.

See the attached images.

While the set up looks nice and Swiss it is not as easy to see what you want.

(Same with System Prefs - Icons are easier to see and click on rather than read the list to find what you want)

Disappointing design in many ways. A for effort D+ in use.
