Disabled in App Store

How do I fix my disabled app in my App Store? I’m not able to renew my subscription as it locked me out and disabled it.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 16

You can't do that yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
