My iPhone 12 mini is locked on the Home Screen. It recognizes face recognition, but does not respond to any buttons or swipes, including shutting it off to reboot. It will go into its sleep mode and you can touch screen to get the Home Screen back, but no further actions will work.

Thanks for replying, gowrishsellappan. I tried your method and it didn't work. I called my granddaughter's boyfriend (he's a geek) and he suggested pressing and holding all three buttons at the same time. That did work. I did get an unwanted screen shot, however. LOL
Recently my mini 12 has started doing this also. It is becoming unresponsive at least once a week now. I have to reset per your instructions. Is theee a big or known issue?
