Sleep Mode Turning Off on its Own

Is the notification from the same app each time? When you notice the Sleep Focus is disabled, is it also disabled on all devices or is that only happening on one device? 

You also mentioned that this happens around the same time, when it happens. Do you have anything else set up to occur during the same time? An alarm for something else, a change in Light to Dark mode, etc? 

If you haven’t already, be sure that yo’ve taken a moment to disable your Sleep Focus on your iPhone and then set it up again. This way we can be sure the settings are being applied directly on your iPhone and not necessarily transferring from device to device. Let us know if that changes anything for you. We do understand that may take a few days to test.

Delete a Focus

When you no longer need a Focus you set up, you can delete it.

1. Go to Settings> Focus.

2. Tap the Focus, scroll to the bottom of the screen, then tap Delete Focus.

If you delete a provided Focus, you need to set it up again by going to Settings > Focus, then tapping the plus sign.

Happening to me too. Did anyone figure this out? I have tried reconfiguring my sleep focus settings, restarting my device, turning off my vpn. I do not have multiple apple devices so this shouldn’t be related to settings from another device. This is a really annoying error
