How do I turn Do Not Disturb mode off on my iPhone?

This is like ground hog day (the movie). Often, at night in the dark, I am trying to turn on flash light and, apparently, I hit focus and end up turning on do not disturb on inadvertently.

Apple: please fix it so it is really hard to turn on do not disturb. It was on for several days and I missed all sorts of financial and security alerts and it really p.....d me off. l hate this crazy new do not disturb control feature.

This same “Focus” issue has just happened again overnight all by itself on my iPhone 13. Or the do not disturb light has and that quarter moon etc. has come on and now I can’t get notifications or anything and I didn’t do it. It does it by itself I called Apple and April or May. The guy took forever trying to fix it. Bless his heart, but he finally did instead of it happened again to call back with the call number. As in August, I can find that? No. But here the problem is again and I need to help with how to get rid of it. I looked at that list of things you said to do and that’s what I did back in April or May and obviously that doesn’t make it work forever. It keeps coming back and every time I get on the Apple community there’s new people that it’s happening to so I know this is a recurring problem and I don’t understand how unless What it probably is. Is that in the updates and upgrades nobody’s really fixed it. So it keeps happening to all of us users. Dear Lawrence is that what’s happening and if so, do we need to like form committee of users worldwide to try to get Apple to stop it? Yes I’m frustrated very. And if this was the only recurring problem on my iPhone 13, I would probably not be writing this note to use dear sir. But it’s not I have about six of them. That keep recurring and the most recent two is it just dropped during the night this is now 30 August so that was during the night of the 29th 30th of August 2024. It just dropped pages two and three of the icons on my iPhone 13 all by itself wasn’t even using the phone. it decided to not spell my name correctly which it’s been doing for two years. My name is DIANNE and overnight it now spells my name DIANE. Again that sounds like I don’t even know what that is what can I do. Help help help please.

Creative, but why didn’t you just set a schedule that was off from 6AM to 12AM?

I did. But as others have reported, that didn't completely turn off the do not disturb

There is no focus in settings of control center

There is no turn off option.

Hurrah and thank you Lawrence Finch. I've missed every call apart from the family for the last week. Hoping this issue doesn't come back to haunt me again!
