Why can't I email a page in Mail on Iphone 13 pro max any longer?

You used to be able to email (using "share") the actual page ... now you can only email a link to the item. Am I missing something? Why cant I email the full page (e.g. a story from a magazine's web site)?

(The same thing has happened to my new Ipad ... but not to my M1 Mac computer).
