Recently while working on an active window, all other windows will be dimmed automatically! It’s so annoying. I want all windows to be with same brightness. Any opinions how to solve this issue?

actually, I found that this issue is not related to the MacBook or it’s macOS, it’s related to a third party app which caused this issue.
the name of it is “Parallels tools“.

Many Thanks!!! This has been driving me crazy. I installed Parallels on the first day I owned my Mac so I thought this was a new behavior in the Mac OS. My life can be normal again! haha.
