Apple Shortcuts Numbers Integration

Hello all,

Been learning to use Apple shortcuts recently and I’ve appreciated the power of how much can be automated, but I’ve been hitting an issue when trying to make it work with the Numbers spreadsheet app. I’m trying to change values in an existing spreadsheet but it seems there is no way to reference specific cells.

Basically, I’m trying to make a shortcut that copies an existing template that I created, renames the file, modifies a few cells, and then opens the new sheet. I’ve been able to do most of this, I can copy, rename, and open the template sheet, but I haven’t been able to edit anything in the sheet without adding a full row to a table at specifically the top or bottom of the table. Is this kind of feature not present for some reason, or am I missing something obvious? Thanks!
