Mac Air screen bubbles

I don't know how i got these bubbles on my screen I just got the mac. You can't see the bubbles when the screen is on only when its turned off.

How can I prevent burn-in on my MacBook Pro screen? The left and bottom of the screen are glitching out. Additionally things are burning into the screen if left on for too long. I’ve tried the usual methods including restarting but no luck. I feel like my only option is to see a specialist unless there’s something I’m missing. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
