phone number transfer not quite working

Recently got a new iPhone and transferred my number over. The correct number shows under settings>apple ID>Name, phone, email. As well as imessages and facetime settings. But the wrong phone number still shows under device info and in phone settings. I've tried to fix it with apple support and my carrier with no success as yet.

Any workarounds for this?

so far I have tried to:

-manually enter number in phone settings

-turn imessages and facetime off and on while powering off

-completely reset phone, taken out the sim and started over
