AirDrop and shared notes not working on iPhone 14 Pro

I have the latest update on my iPhone but it is unable to AirDrop and share notes with other Apple users.

When I try to airdrop to my MacBook or another iPhone it either says “waiting…” otherwise nothing happens at all.

when I try to share a note with another iPhone user so we both can write, I am unable to share the note and it keeps saying it is not available right now. Other people can share notes with me, but then I cannot open it on my iPhone. However I am able to open on my iPad. Bluetooth is turned on and on the same Wi-Fi etc.

It seems as if something is faulty with my phone but can’t figure it out.

anyone experiencing the same issues and knows how to fix it?

Hey clarambDK,

Network security, proxy, antivirus, or VPN software or setups can inadvertently block required ports for some functions, so if you're using something of that nature on any of your devices, turn off that function and test again to see if that might be the cause of this. There are more steps that are specific for If you can't share or collaborate on notes with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch here.

Give those a try and see if it helps.
