My AirPods make me sound like a robot on my Mac only

This happens with my airpod pros's and my air pod pro 2's, that proves its not the airpods, but rather something in MacOS. I have fully updated my iphone and my airpod pro 2's are clean as I just purchased them and the issue occurred out of the box even on the new ones. This happens in both Zoom and google meet so that proves that its not a misconfiguration on the zoom side. Please help!

Hi Appletvguy4thgen,

If the sound on your AirPods are not working as expected with your Mac, here are some resources that might help:

    1. Follow If sound quality is reduced when using Bluetooth headphones with your Mac
    2. Check your settings Change the sound input settings on Mac
    3. Verify the correct apps have access to the microphone Control access to the microphone on Mac
    4. Check for interference If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted

Hope this helps.

Take care.
