Having cameras setup for security reasons and not being able to see them is extremely frustrating and can be costly.
The only fix suggested is to reboot the cameras... too bad they are remote.
How do you unstuck these without physically pull the plugs?
Huge flaw Apple HomeKit...
I had the same problem, and tried all of the solutions I could find including dedicated 2.4Ghz SSID, and more access points closer to the cameras.
The thing that fixed it was hard wiring the Apple TV (only Home Hub) via ethernet to the router.
It has been rock solid for weeks now, and has not dropped out once.
I will give this a try next time it goes offline.
How did you get Logitech to replace your camera?
I'm going to get an Eve cam and see how that does.
I'm not certain, but I don’t think Glocks are HomeKit compatible. Maybe in the next iOS update?
My Logitech cameras are down more often than they are up, and it is a pain to reset them. Very frustrating product.
Same problem here. Several hundred dollars invested in cameras that don't work. Two big, resource deep companies that won't fix the problems, but are happy to continue to sell the defective products.

Same issue. Logitech blame Apple Homekit issue, Apple didn’t gave me a potential solution (neither Logi). I bought Eufy and won’t work with Homekit. Now, any of it records in iCloud a single bit.

I have the same issue. Brand new. Setup ok, all worked perfectly. Go abroad a day later, or not responding.
My Logitech Doorbell Camera keeps getting in a turned off state after removing and rebooting of modem even with great signal. It works fine for 1 or 2 days then turns off by itself.
What is the latest learning on how to get Logitech Circle cameras to work well with HomeKit? The lack of clear guidance from both Logitech and Apple is rather confounding.
