Streaming music on Cellular watch without iPhone I don't want to carry iPhone while running or cycling . How can I stream or download music (Spotify, YT music or Apple Music) using Apple Watch (series 8 cellular running on watchOS 10.1) and AirPods Pro 2nd generation. The music runs only through iPhone, what is the point of buying an expensive cellular version.

Spotify on Apple Watch I have an apple watch with cellular data. I recently got the Spotify app and paying for premium. Should I be able to listen to spotify without having my phone nearby? I can do this with Pandora and choose to play from my iphone or watch. Spotify on my watch only shows my phone as a device. Data is turned on for Spotify.
