Help, RICOH MP C2011SP Cant Print Color on Mac OS Monterey

Hello, at the office we have a Recoh copier model MP C2011SP that's connected to the office wifi network and so far everyone could print with there windows laptops, but the staff recently upgraded to MacBooks all running on MacOS Monterey. Sadly this model doesn't support AirPrint and so I have no other options but to try using the PPD drivers (ver:3.9.0.0) provided by Ricoh for this Model. Here are the steps I performed.

1)Installed the PPD drivers ver:3.9.0.0

2)Added New Printer via Network using the IP set on the Ricoh Copier

3)Used the following protocols (each one at different attempts) JetDirect and also Line Printer Daemon-LPD protocols except for IPP protocol which would give an error during the installation.

4)The Drivers would auto detect the model MPC C2011SP and install without a hitch

5)When trying to print, the job would go through (the Copier would even rumble as if about to print) but then nothing would happen, no print, when checking the Copier the error log says "print data error."

But if I follow the same steps and instead of letting the USE field stay on "Drivers Auto Detect" and change it to "Generic PCL Printer" it installs but prints in black and White. And the staff needs it to print out in color.

Iv been searching online for different solution but I cant seem to find a solution for this matter. Is there anything you guys could advice me to do?

Did you follow the instructions on the RICHO site, http://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/apc/model/mpc2011/mpc2011.htm?

"This PPD installer is used to install a PPD (Postscript Printer Description) file on Mac OSX. PPD files contain descriptions of printer capabilities such as paper sizes, number of input trays and duplexing. Once the PPD file is installed on the system using the PPD installer, the PS driver that comes bundled with Mac OS X can use the information in the PPD to control the print device and enable full functionality. Please see the Readme file for information about compatibility with versions of Mac OS X.

Thank you for you swift reply, and the answer to your question regarding the instruction on Ricoh site as you linked arent of any help, all they state is that the PPD will provide the nessary info on how the Mac will need to know about the copier regarding page size and so on and so forth, and guess what, when you do install these drivers you do get all the copier details including the number of trays and amount of color remaining on the copier but when you print nothing comes out, no errors on Macs side, up untill you check the printer is where you will find the "Print Data Error".

And as for the REAM ME that came with the drivers, im afried even those instructions arent much of help, they are mainly intended for Mac versions 10.12-10.15 hance they require the user to use Adobe PostScript or Generic PS Printer in which they have no mensions on how to work around the colour aspect of the problem.

Is there any other lead or a third party driver or anything i can use to solve this problem good sir.
