Wallet & Apple Pay

I'm sure the answer is something simple, but . . .

I have two systems, a MacBook Pro, M1, 2020, and a Late 2014 Mac mini, both are running Monterey 12.6.2. On the MacBook Pro, in System Preferences I have "Wallet & Apple Pay" listed (icon). On the Late 2014 Mac mini I do not. Just wondering why not, and if it possibly has anything to do with settings that I haven't changed/added to the Mac mini?

The 2014 Mac mini lacks the secure enclave chip (T2) required for the Wallet App and Apple Pay to work securely so it's not available for it.
