Monterey Menu Bar missing and keyboard not working

My computer’s menu bar is missing and the keyboard does not work, it only makes the error drum noise. I have tried restarting it 3 times, and each time keyboard functioned when I logged in but once it loaded up it wouldn’t respond. I can also click on applications and they open, and I can use functions and command shortcuts, I just can’t type into google or such.

Macbook Pro Built-In Keyboard/Trackpad Not Working For some reason, my built-in keyboard and trackpad suddenly stopped working. I can only use external keyboard and mouse. menu bar missing from Monterey Menu bar has disappeared on Late 2015 15 inch MacBook Pro. OS is 12.6.2. cannot run most programs and cannot force quit finder to reboot it. The OS just never seems to finish booting all the way.

The menu bar may be hidden / only revealed when the cursor hovers over it.

You may want to use the onscreen keyboard / hopefully temporarily:

We do not know which Mac / model / year to help troubleshoot.

You could check the keyboard settings: (eg: something may be set to "off")
