Some contact numbers on my Contacts are showing "item1XABLabel"

Has anyone experience this? Some of my contacts are showing this "item1XABLabel" after the phone number. This is showing across all my devices. It started after I switch my SIM card since I am currently overseas. Even to newly added contacts the issue also happened. I am only using iCloud contacts.
