How to delete library items

• For local files: Control-click on an item, then choose Delete from Library.
• For purchased titles from the iTunes Store: You can hide past purchases, but the item stays part of your past purchases. Control-click on an item, then choose Delete from Library, then follow the on-screen instructions to hide the item for your account, and thus for all your devices. I want to delete history

For the TV app on Mac, you can go to app Preferences﹥Advanced﹥Clear Play History.

That is not about Library items, but about what you have watched, and what you have have added to your Up Next queue list.

‘Clear Play History’ applies for your account, and thus all your devices.
