The Apple AirPods Pro 1st generation works really good, but the 2nd generation have this issue… that’s the only bad!

So, I disabled Personalized Spatial Audio and now it seems to work okay. Hopefully it stays that way

No, there is no help for this. Apple have will just keep taking your pods and replacing them and then they do exactly the same then u run out of warranty

How is it not apple’s fault if their product doesn’t consistently work and you have to jump through hoops to fix the problem. I have to re-pair and reset everything multiple times a month. Junk.
