I need a receipt for the purchase of more space (ON WORK PHONE) how can I obtain that?

You usually receive an email with a confirmation and receipt when you sign up for iCloud+.

If it hasn't arrived, or has been deleted, you can see an overview of all your purchases and find receipts here:
