Retina failing, orange and purple spots on screen

I have had this computer since 2020m, and have had the issue ever since. Just lately it has gotten a lot worse, and I know it may be too late, but do I have to cover this repair myself? Everything described above is what I am experiencing, and I seem to have the most severe case of it. I have noticed that it might be where "light-pressure" is applied, when im carrying it in my school bag etc etc.
