Want alarm only on iPhone not watch

I want my watch to track sleep but do not want my watch to take over my phones awake from sleep alarm function. How can I have my sleep alarm play on my iPhone only despite wearing the watch to bed?

Can I turn on a Sleep alarm ONLY on Apple Watch and NOT my iPhone? I normally charge my phone outside my room, and only wear my watch to bed. Therefore, it's the latter that wakes me up. But it SERIOUSLY infuriates me when the phone outside rings too, and EXTREMELY loudly, waking every family member up. I then have to quickly rush out of bed, half-asleep, out the door, and all the way to the place my phone is charging, just to stop that alarm. I know you can set any alarm on the phone but not on the watch, but I want the opposite: is there a way to permanently set a Sleep alarm ONLY on my watch and leave it off on my phone? Plus, the standard Alarms app doesn't count: I want to be awakened to gentle music, not beeping.

Apple watch / iPhone alarms Hi, I normally put my iPhone on the other side of the room to help me get up in the mornings when the alarm goes off. Since getting an Apple Watch though the alarm goes off on the watch and not on the phone if I’m wearing the watch to bed. How do I get the alarm to go off on my phone despite wearing the watch to bed? (I like the sleep tracking facility you see.)

This works for normal alarms, it may work for those Sleep Alarms

Turn off "Push Alerts from iPhone"
