Cannot connect 2 Nimbus+ Steelseries controller to Apple TV 4K at the same time

Hello,

I just bought a second Nimbus+ Steelseries controller to play multiplayer games on Apple Arcade (e.g. Crossy Castle).

However both controllers are recognized as no. #1 and the second controller is not working.

I couldn’t find any support on the steelseries page.

Anyone has been able to solve the issue or is it bad bug on the Controller firmware?

Thank you in advance.

Try giving each controller a different name while connected to a computer. That seems to be the easiest way to give custom names to bluetooth devices.

Verify that the game supports two controllers. Not all games do.

Try to connect one controller before launching the game app. Then add the second (previously paired but now not yet connected) controller from inside the game.

Else ask the Steelseries support staff for assistance (through the Chat bot in the lower right).
