AppleCare for Magic Keyboard and Pencil

I purchased AppleCare today for my new IPad Pro (two weeks old). I then asked to add my Magic Keyboard and Pencil, was transferred to agreements and they told me I can only add 1 additional item? I didn’t feel like arguing and they couldn’t add it as the AppleCare was just added, before I call back can anyone confirm I can add both Keyboard and Pencil? This is what it states on the website:

Service coverage is available only for iPad, its original included accessories, one compatible Apple Pencil, and one compatible Apple‑branded iPad keyboard used with your iPad for protection against (i) defects in materials or workmanship, (ii) batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity, and (iii) unlimited incidents of accidental damage from handling of your iPad, Apple Pencil, and Apple‑branded iPad keyboard, each incident being subject to a service fee of $49 for iPad and $29 for Apple Pencil or Apple‑branded iPad keyboard, plus applicable tax. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements. AppleCare+ coverage begins on your AppleCare+ purchase date. See terms for full details.

Seems like it'd be for both; however, we are just other users and our interpretation does not count. Apple determines what counts, so you best check with them. Also, I do know that the accessories are supposed to be purchased at the same time (same transaction), so I have no idea if that makes a difference since you said you got the iPad 2 weeks ago.

Thanks, actually it doesn’t have to be purchased at the same time, this was confirmed. I brought the IPad at Apple and accessories at Best Buy so this isn’t an issue. It seems they can only add one item to the AppleCare policy (I added keyboard) but this last rep told me both pencil and keyboard are covered. It also states this clearly on the support page that one pencil and one keyboard so who knows. I guess they can add one but both will be covered at least I hope so, thanks.
